SUPRISE TRANSMISSION
On Saturday 23 Nov I had one of my receivers set on 8096 kHz to check for a 1400 sked of M08a when I heard Havana CLP1 calling CLP8, Cuban Emb Conakry GUI at 231416 UTC. Havana indicated he had a short msg and wanted CLP8 to QSY to Fone on 13375 kHz. I check that freq but nil hrd. It appeared that CLP1 also wanted CLP44s to receive msg but it unknown if that stn responded.
